Step 01

Personal profile and secure identity

Enter your legal information exactly as it appears on the identity document you will submit.

Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
Step 02

Teaching scope, timetable and remuneration

ICC rates are approved by role, curriculum, scarcity, qualifications and teaching responsibility—not nationality.

Final rate is subject to ICC approval, lawful deductions and the signed schedule.
An emergency-cover premium applies only to a lesson formally assigned as emergency cover. ICC does not guarantee a minimum number of hours unless a signed employment or retainer schedule says otherwise.
Step 03

Qualifications and professional experience

ICC may verify qualifications and licences directly with the issuing institution or professional body.

Step 04

Evidence, identity documents and references

Upload clear supporting documents. ICC HR will contact referees using official channels and may request certified copies.

Required and supporting documents

PDF or Word document. Maximum 10 MB.
Use the identity page only; do not upload unrelated pages.
ICC may require a fresh check from each relevant country before activation.

Professional reference 1 — most recent employer preferred

Professional reference 2 — safeguarding or teaching supervisor

Family members, close friends and students cannot serve as professional referees. ICC may reject unverifiable, personal-only or conflicting references.
Step 05

Safeguarding and suitability declarations

These declarations protect children and the integrity of ICC. A false, incomplete or misleading answer may end the recruitment process or later engagement.

Required disclosures

ICC applies a zero-tolerance standard to grooming, sexual exploitation, harassment, bullying, discrimination, retaliation, private relationships with students, exchange of sexual content, or attempts to move students onto private channels. A safeguarding concern may result in immediate suspension of access while it is assessed.
Step 06

Technology readiness, demonstration lesson and declaration

Review the summary, sign digitally and submit. ICC HR will issue an application reference and begin screening.
